New functionality launched in October including product availability-based alerts, easy access to frequently bought products, new promotion pages, and datahub enhancements for master data delta updates.

SAP SERVICE CLOUD, ECENTA CS CONNECTOR FOR MANUFACTURING

Service Cloud will be implemented on top of SAP Sales Cloud, and integration into SAP ERP CS will be done using the ECENTA CS Connector.

SAP SERVICE CLOUD FOR TRAVEL

With millions of records and complex ticketing and complaint scenarios, ECENTA is working with multiple back-ends and a mobile offline application with global releases and go-lives.

SAP SERVICE CLOUD FOR CONSUMER GOODS

ECENTA implemented a complaint management process using the Service Cloud ticket component configured to support the B2C process. The solution was extended to deliver enhanced printing, and integrated to SAP BW for reporting capabilities to blend with ERP data. The solution was integrated with Sprinklr’s 20+ social channels.

SAP CRM SERVICE, SAP ERP FOR HIGH TECH

ECENTA is supporting and collaborating with SAP to develop new features and enhancements for their productive Customer Support System and SAP ERP.

SAP C4C FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

ECENTA is supporting the continued C4C roadmap, including areas of Opportunity Management and project-based resource planning.

SAP C4C FOR MANUFACTURING

ECENTA will kick off the second phase to enable formalized RFQ processes, task integration with ECC ITLs, and quote integration.
