SAP implementation and consulting agency continues investments in talent to support SAP Customer Experience portfolio
Walldorf, Germany—Tuesday, March 12, 2019: Today ECENTA and ECENTA Digital announce the hiring of Robert Burgess as pre-sales architect to support customers with SAP Customer Data Cloud. A former solutions architect with Gigya, a customer data technology platform recently acquired by SAP, Burgess has a decade of experience in the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) market.
“ECENTA recognizes the need to provide true full-stack integration for SAP CX,” said Burgess. “SAP Customer Data Cloud being a critical piece of CX, I joined ECENTA because of this mission and because of its strong history with SAP – along with their solid reputation for customer dedication.”
In his new role Burgess will serve as architect, pre-sales liaison, and support for customers with SAP Customer Data Cloud. He will help expand ECENTA’s knowledge of CIAM internally, and provide technical expertise for new business opportunities.
His past roles have included building and managing technical teams, serving as a senior solutions architect, and serving within various leadership roles in both technical and non-technical vertical markets.
